• Provide your own vehicle (KMs reimbursed)
• Be comfortable moving heavy equipment (up to 32kg)

As a photo booth operator, you’ll be responsible for delivering photo booth services to different types of functions and events including weddings, birthday parties, school formals, end of year parties, gala balls, and more!

You’ll work independently to deliver, set up, monitor, and pack down the photo booth. It’s part delivery driver, part photographer, and part event host.

Accepting shifts is on your terms so you can work as little or as much as you like, and fit gigs in around other jobs. Available shifts are offered via an internal app. Accept what you’re available for, and decline others.

No experience is necessary. We’ll provide you with the training and tools to deliver high-quality photographs for clients with no previous experience. An interest in photography is highly regarded, but not essential to the role.

The most common times for events are Friday and Saturday evenings, although we can have jobs any day of the week, especially during the busy end of year period.

Here’s a sample timeline of a typical evening shift:

• 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Pickup the equipment and travel to the venue
• 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Set up the photo booth
• 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Take a break
• 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Monitor the photo booth and assist guests to take photos
• 10:00 PM – 10:30 PM: Pack down the photo booth
• 10:30 PM – 11:30 PM: Return the equipment and finish

The photo booth equipment can weigh up to 32kg. Imagine a very heavy suitcase. The cases are on wheels, but you must be physically able to lift the equipment in and out of a vehicle.
