Requirements

If you're considering having a Photo Booth at your next event, there are just a few factors to take into consideration to ensure the hire runs smoothly. There are three main points to check before confirming your hire, please check that there is 

  • A clear path, at least 77cm wide to set up point
  • Vehicle access close to desired location
  • Electricity access

 

Physical Dimensions

Being of the traditional enclosed style, our Booth is relatively large and bulky. It is transported on a trailer, then wheeled into location. We regret to inform that the Booth cannot be moved up or down stairs. It's important to check the dimensions below to ensure doorways and paths are adequately wide.

As a general rule, anywhere you can get a wheelchair we should be able to get the Booth too.

Ensuring the venue and setup points meet the requirements is the full responsibility of the client. Spectrum Photo Booth Hire will take no responsibility should a location be inaccessible and as consequence an event be canceled. Refunds will be made, however only to the extent that costs can be recovered. The deposit, and travel fees will be non refundable along with other unavoidable expenses.
